Who is Chris?
EYE AM CHRIS
I was born and raised in the Ruhrgebiet in Germany. The physical work and the honest character of the people have shaped me and burrowed deep into my heart. My openness and partly disarming honesty and directness I got from here.
The search for freedom and my interest in people has always been my drive and ultimately led me to photography. Spontaneity, powers of observation and a keen eye for people's facial expressions and feelings are the qualities that characterize my style. With a keen eye for people, I photograph portraits, reportages and events. I travel internationally for my clients.
Together with my wife I live in the Netherlands.

This report about me and my work is a video project by Felix Lehnertz. In his first year of training as a media designer for image and sound at the agency Senger|Prager, he was given all the freedom to implement a reportage about me from A to Z. 3 minutes and 24 seconds, of which I am very proud!
